We accept PayPal or credit cards for payment! We now accept Etsy gift cards, too. Please, do not select “other” as a payment form unless we have discussed this via message beforehand.

Check product details on individual items to know how long it will be from placing your order to your parcel being sent off.

Shipping generally takes 1-2 days (UK), 3-5 days (Europe) or 5-7 days (International).

!!! IMPORTANT: We will NOT ship an item until payment has been processed !!!

If you need a certain product to be shipped before the usual shipping period, please message us and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

All jewellery and keychains will be sent in a small gift bag and box. If you are ordering multiple items we will make sure to combine them into as few packages as possible to save on shipping fees.

We ship via Royal Mail, using untracked shipping for orders of a total worth less than £30. For a total order worth of over £30, we select tracked shipping.

If your order is less than £30 and you would like tracked or express shipping, please send us a message and we will specify prices for you.

For orders within the UK, we send items off First Class. Again, if you need tracked or express shipping, please send us a message and we can specify prices.

Holiday shipping: For orders placed around Christmas, please be aware that parcels can take significantly longer to arrive, and take that into consideration. We will have last shipping dates per region listed in our shop header. If you have any questions, just contact us--we’re happy to answer them!

If for ANY reason your products do not meet your expectations, please let us know and we’ll do the best to resolve the issue.
